Exclusive Members-Only Event: Behind-the-Scenes at UPS Air Cargo

We’re excited to invite you to a unique, members-only experience at the UPS gateway at Chicago O’Hare Airport, 614 S. Access Road, Chicago, IL 60666. This exclusive event offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at UPS operations, including the chance to step inside a UPS cargo aircraft! Due to space limitations, this event is capped at 25–30 members, so be sure to secure your spot early!
PARKING & ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
- Park in the UPS lot directly south of the American Airlines Air Cargo facility.
- Walk to the UPS guard shack across Access Rd to the west.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s license or passport – no exceptions) to the guard shack, where UPS employees will escort you to the air cargo facility.
WHAT’S ON THE AGENDA?
- A brief overview of the history of UPS Airlines and insights into the role of the Chicago location within the organization.
- A guided tour of the facility, including access to a parked UPS cargo aircraft.
- A light catered lunch provided by IACAC to enjoy as we wrap up the visit.
